A simple explanation of how the system works is first based on the osmosis process like an Epsom salt bath soak. The water must be saltier in the tub than the salt in your body. This creates an osmosis process that helps the body release what it has prepared to release through the sweating process of the skin from the lymphatic and blood systems. The NuVo works much the same way except when you add the bio-energy charged water module the salt content does not need to be higher than the bodies to get results in much shorter time if your body has items it is prepared to release. If not, the NuVo helps balance the energy of the body so that it has the strength to prepare to remove items it needs to remove.
God certainly has created our bodies with amazing abilities. We are merely helping what he has created. All things work because of Him. We want to give credit where credit is due. Possible Sensations – When using the system you may notice a number of sensations that can vary for different individuals.
- Various tingling sensations in different parts of the body.
- The stimulation of the other elimination processes of the body.
- A light head or shortness of breath. If this happens, be sure and ask for help as you need it. Call someone if you need. Shut the unit off, take your feet out. Stay sitting until you feel better or help arrives.
- Nausea. If Nausea occurs, stop immediately. If a fever occurs, stop immediately. These conditions will go away quickly. You can help with this type of healing crisis by sipping a tea cup of warm water with a teaspoon or two or raw apple cider vinegar with raw honey. If you do not have raw honey, regular will do. Honey is an important part of this drink, however diabetics can substitute the honey with agavé.
- A feeling of discomfort in an unhealthy area of the body.
- Tiredness. If tiredness occurs, schedule things as much as possible to heed your body’s need to rest.
Sensations like these usually only last a few minutes after the completion of the session. If you do need to sleep, try to sleep as long as your body wants. Take the day off in necessary. Many of us drive our bodies like a dumb animal in this busy life. That is part of the cause of the troubles we get into health wise. Slow down for a change and take care of the only body you will ever get.
If at any time your body tells you to remove your feet from the water, do so. You should stop, cleanup, wait for at least 48 hours before attempting another session.
